RecommendedStaff in office was very nice. I must say the outside of the Premises is very well-kept. I filled out an application and The asst manager Was very eager to help me with my application to try to get me into an apt that day. I’m very Excited to become a resident at These apartments. The office was very clean and sanitized and provided sanitation for you also. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them.
Bad Experience staying with my brother
The Tenants do no respect your vehicles in three weeks my vehicle was vandalized. Within one week my Suv was egged and the next week my Suv was left with cigarets burns on my hood and next day they hit my front finder and the following week my vehicle was left with egg shells and dried ramen soap and trash on my vehicle .
It used to be a great place to live before Harvey hit and now they just let anyone move in here and they brought attitudes and roaches. Neighbors trash stays on the porch for days or weeks, kids throwing balls hitting cars and kicking at garages, I never see little kids at the playground because the teenagers have taken over it and destroyed it. And people don’t know how to park for nothing as there is a PT Cruiser with expired tags parking funny all the time with nothing done. Don’t forget people with dogs letting them poop... read more

Management is very rude and prejudice not to mention completely unprofessional my sons not allowed to play basketball with his friends outside, And they do random inspection on the fire alarm early morning hours which last about an hr, they have no respect for their tents nor applicant's
Really bad customer service! I went today to see if I can lease an apartment and this lady that was supposedly helping me was being really rude and she sounded like she was in a rush asking me all this questions that I think was not necessary just to tell me I don’t qualify. The point is she was rude and not helpful at all!
