Horrible Took 6 years to go thru my bankruptcy and I am very disappointed in his service. Could never get ahold of him even would not answer his door. Never responded to my emails just generally did not do his job. I could go into more details but it has been a very upsetting situation that could have been done in 4 months instead of 6 years. Total BS
3 and a half years ago i started my bankruptcy process. It took about a year to finally get in to see the judge. I thought everything was taken care of until about a year after when my newly wedded wife tried to get a auto loan and couldn't because my bankruptcy wasn't finalized. i called the court clerk to see what was going on and found out my post bankruptcy certificate wasn't filed. I am certain i handed it to him and he didn't file it. even if i forgot to give it to him it was his responsibility to let me know i needed ... read more
