Terrible, just terrible.. Aids don't speak any english.. Aids have been very rough with my grandmother who is 88 and suffers from Alzheimer's disease. I too have started seeing bruises on her. Changing agencies..
We've had aides from Utopia for about four months and I couldn't be happier. Until today, we've had one aide who treats my mom like her own. Today, we started with another aide (due to the first one being injured and my mom getting expanded hours) and I'm very pleased with her as well. Thanks to Utopia, I know my mom is cared for and safe in her own home.
