I have a 96yr old client in Orlando FL & they have sent one girl out ONE time for her bath in 3weeks!!! Yet this company is quick to collect a check from her insurance company for 3 baths a week!! I will be contacting a higher authority if something isn't done ASAP to fix this problem for Ms.Pearl. This is not only sad & sickening & neglect on the elderly, but FRAUD as well!!

People always about the aide never show up it because they pretend to hire people but they don't they choose the ones they like best and ignore the rest.they so awful make you waste your time to fill an application knowing they don't want you.it's easy to say I can't hire you than ignore people after making them fill out a millions paper and waiting for months to get hire!!i don't recommend this agency they bad they just wasting your time with your information they're playing don't go there for your loved one !!!

f i could give them a zero i would horrible - unreliable service. an aide was suppose to be at my home on MOnday, Sept. 12th, with the nurse. The nurse came, but no aide. ON Tuesday the aide and nurse were to be at my home at 9:00am only the nurse showed - about 45 minutes later the aide strolled in. On Wednesday (TODAY) the aide NEVER SHOWED!!!!!!! They were great in beginning...now they don't send aides. Bad communication! My fiancee has ALS, I STILL CANT BELIEVE HOW MANY TIMES AN HHA DOES NOT SHOW UP!! Tooo sad!! My fiancee gets so much stress over all of this!! Stress makes ALS, progress. HOW can this agency do this??
