The Utility Trailer service team at Idaho Falls is wonderful and has done quality work on my trailer. Nyki Smith has been exceptional in comunication, and coordinating work with the parts team and technicians to make all interactions as seamless as possible.
While walking across the street from commercial tire I watched a parts delivery truck coming down the street October 23,2025 at approximately 1.15pm instead of slowing down this driver sped up and attempted to overtake me and or run me down. I then went to the front office of utility I asked for the manager who was not in the person answering the front desk she had someone in parts come talk to me I'm sure it went nowhere watch these parts drivers they are dangerous.
