We have always enjoyed going to the state fair and go nearly every year. We went yesterday for opening day and it was quite disappointing. The vendors were rude and confrontational, the food and treats were much pricier then past years, and parking at $10 per vehicle is a bit steep. This is the first year we have been unhappy with our fair experience and hope things will improve a bit for the next time.
Not worth 60 dollars, not enough rides, the games tried to screw u over when u told them u have no money. they give u free throws then after they say they are free charge u 5 bucks, then give u a toy with wholes in it and trade u another one that also had wholes wouldnt give me my money back just kept giving me wholy toys, the foods sucked and were expensive and 3 dollars for a bottle of water To expensive. I love the food and atmosphere!! I am excited for the fair this year. I have been trying to win tickets but so far. Rides are expensive but we don't go on many of those for that reason!!
Listening to the Rock Bottom Boys while I sell ice cream and lemonade. They are everything fair music should be. GREAT JOB!! Don't miss them!!
