Way Way Over Priced and many very Rude Vendors and High Pressure Carnies Needs to be brought back to being a fair and not a money grab
The fair this year was absolutely amazing! You guys out do yourselves! We loved the circus, and the pogo jumpers and the food. Oh, and the little farm activity for the kids was super fun.
I entered a much loved difficult item that I had worked on for over a year and was excited to go and see it displayed and to see what others had done. When I took my project in I looked around for benches so I could see where I could sit and enjoy watching people when I came back after the Fair opened. (I have health problems and can not be on my feet for long periods of time.) I saw very few benches but thought I could go to a couple of exhibits and then go home. I went to see lo cash at the state fair because I think they put on a good show this was my third time seeing them. I really hated how the band wanted to see more peeople in the floor sections and your security did not do anything about allot of people mad rushing the floor who didnt even have the grey wrist band and then they brought up leon a security guard like you guys culd have done a way better job with your security guards because isnt that why we have sections in the first place?
While the petting zoo was good for my kiddo, parking was too much, the food was bad and expensive,the vendors weren't friendly . You shouldn't be able to call it a state fair. It was bush league. Seriously bummed out. I have never been disappointed at a fair , but i guess today was the day.
