Most of the staff is great but Dr Welling has absolutely horrible patient manners! I've been dealing with my leg pain going on over 10 years now, I jumped thru all their hoops with shots and physical therapy on top of multiple xrays and MRIs to be told to just "learn to deal with it!" What a joke, I feel as if they just jerked me around getting every penny they could for this clinic and the others!
Front desk staff and whoever answers the calls are rude and just not nice during check in
Dr. Dennis Winters is the best doctor I’ve ever met and, in my opinion, the best in Utah. I came in with serious back problems and he was outstanding from start to finish. He is highly skilled, down to earth, and easy to talk to. He took time to sit with me, connect like an old friend, and he genuinely wanted to know me as a person, not just a patient. Natalie at the call center is the most unprofessional rude person I have ever spoken to. I don’t say this lightly and I never leave comments but to be so rude and to hang up on a customer is beyond me! I’m sure the doctors are great but I will never know because I cannot support a place that has not taught or enforced any trace of customer kindness-most places would not tolerate such behavior!
