I paid their bill in full 10 days ago and they are still sending me threats of legal action if I don't pay. When I call I just get a Robot!
So grimy and shady. I’ve waited over an hour and a half after calling twice with no answer for either call. Sent two emails and received an extremely late response on a Sunday to the second email. This company is run extremely poorly. They also over billed me for my ER visit, but make it impossible to contact them. Complete vultures. Also doesn’t help that everyone on Reddit is calling their billing website a scam.
I paid my bill $55 in March. I have had 5 different collection messages since. I have called 5 times and still am still getting messages. It’s now June :( just got another message today. Get it together.
