I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by a provider! All of the staff members have always treated me kindly and with respect. I recommend going here for walk-in care over any of the chain urgent care facilities
I don't understand the other negative reviews. The young man at the front desk was excellent and very nice. I was back in a room within 5 minutes with a lovely nurse who had excellent care and was also very nice. And the doctor was fantastic short to the point and very friendly. I was in and out in under 15 minutes.
Staff was friendly. Dr. Spent time with me and answered my questions.
I was extremely unhappy with my care. This clinic is extremely unprofessional not only in regards to billing, but also in their patient care. I had to drop off a stool sample to the medical assistant, who took it laughing alongside their colleague. I felt mortified and disrespected. Additionally, THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE CENTER. My insurance only covers for urgent care and emergency visits, and so you can imagine my surprise when I received a bill months later to cover the entire cost. I came in later in the evening, and was in and out within an hour. From the front desk to Dr. Matt, I don’t have a single complain about my experience!
