Short wait and great care.
Absolutely the most worthless place! Don't understand why they would even put such a useless place there when they could of put a decent urgent care there instead.
Initial care was good. They were kind and took time with assessments. The follow up with results was very unprofessional. I needed clarification on the test and test results and the person on the phone huffed at me when I asked questions, then by the end of the phone call when I said thank you she replied “yep” and hung up on me. Left me very upset and I already am sick, so the rudeness just made me feel so much worse.
Went to UC and Natasha was the best nurse! She was super attentive and helpful!
