RecommendedOne of the best places to visit in Austin. Seeing a Gutenberg is a special experience. The current exhibit—Everyday Art— is like being in a jewel box of exquisite design. The Arts and Craft works are intelligently laid out and displayed. The gift shop has unique beauties too!
Do not apply online. The website is a scam. Although they didn't have the apartment to rent out, their website stated it was available and they still accepted your application. My son and his friends lost $900 application fee as a result.
The apartment was available on their website but it was not. You fill out the application online and can kiss your $300 goodbye. They don't return the $250 service fee, even though the apartment is not available and thus they don't provide any service associated with the lease.

This property is horrible. 2 of 3 elevators have been inoperable for over 2 weeks. They take advantage of the students there. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!
RecommendedExcellent staff support, not really any competitive students I’ve Came across with a motive that’s going to make things happen with the end result. I can’t say it’s a fact. I haven’t meant everyone. Just a few.
