Accidentally missed a call from the nurse and no voicemail was left so I called the front desk. Older woman who answered the phone was entirely unhelpful so we decided I’ll just call the nurse back and she said “can’t you just answer when they call?” Was so disgusted with her rude behavior that I had to hang up before I let my mouth go off. Pregnant women do take naps and do miss phone calls. Thanks.

This place has been my Dr office for 10yrs. Very nice staff and knowledgeable Drs. I have never had any problems out of them.

Extremely disappointed. Unfortunately this is one of the only places in network with my insurance. I went this week for a primary appt after my first one was canceled a few months ago, THE DAY BEFORE the appt. I waited 3 months for that appt and then I had to wait again to be put on schedule, through no fault of my own. While there, I was seen by a resident (student) who basically repeated back to me everything I said and then the doctor came in and again repeated it.. offering no solutions to any of my symptoms. Despite the traffic and construction hellscape surrounding it, be sure you plan to arrive an hour before your appointment that must be scheduled months in advance, because they won't see you if you're a second over 15 past. Who cares if you had to take time off, or got stuck in a police roadblock :) Awful. Thanks for wasting my time. I'll find another practice for the help I need.
