PLEASE READ !!!!! I went here when I found out I was pregnant, I had around 5 HCG blood tests, 1 Progesterone test that I had to BEG for!!! and 2-3 ultrasounds, My progesterone was at a 2.2 I asked for progesterone pills and she told me no!!! my gf is literally pregnant and everytime she called she was placed on hold for 30+ minutes and then they hang up the phone; if you want to be in the hospital field then you need to be willing to do your job and help patients that are scheduled. multiple receptionist attempted to “reschedule” our appointment without even knowing any information about who we are. then they place us on hold and HANG UP THE PHONE THIS AINT MCDONALDS OR FOOD CITY DO YO DAMN JOB!

Wish I could give it more!! The receptionists were phenomenal as well as the medical assistants. Sadly, I waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time to see my provider. He then did not check me physically at all. It was my first appointment at Erlanger and I expected a well visit, but he insisted it needed to be done at a later date, despite me asking. I work, so it was an ordeal to take off and get coverage so I could go to this appointment. He maybe spent 10 minutes with me, essentially providing no care. I cried out of fru... read more
