I love Dr. Hannah West and her staff. For a long time I had given up on doctor's because they never listened to my concerns nor valued my opinions on my health. Dr. West and her staff are very attentive and actually listen to my concerns and work with me to come up with the best plan for my health. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for that one in a million gem in healthcare. 10/10
Dr. West is wonderful — very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about patients. Took time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made the visit feel comfortable and unrushed. The staff was also friendly and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy doctor.
When I saw Dr West, I was super pleased w her candor but her office staff is anything but. Recently I was in severe pain and had an active conversation w staff about it that ended at 12pm on a Wednesday. No one called me back the rest of the day and failed to notify me that the next two days their office would be closed. They called me back on Monday morning and said prescription was being filled, I just checked today and it was still in process, but don’t worry they suggested OTC in the interim, thanks Captain Obvious.
