Dr poynter is my surgeon and done a fantastic job. Rachel Webb is my follow up dr. Both are amazing. Would recommend 100%
Called and made an appointment for four months out. A week before the appointment they called and said the doctor wasn’t going to be in office. I rescheduled for a month and a half later. Again 7 days before my appointment they called and said the doctor wouldn’t be in the office and wanted to reschedule another two weeks out. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve been waiting since June or July and now they want me to wait until November. I will be going somewhere else. Hello my name is Harrison Daniels and I am currently a patient at Earlanger Hospital in Chattanooga TN. I wanted the public to know that the care I received from Nursing, Technician, Doctors and clean up Crew is second to none. I have been in many health care facilities and never received the care and love from a Cardio team like this. The entire cardio staff and clean up Crew we're amazing. ps . when it comes to knowledge of the Heart you can't get any better. Thank you for saving my life.
Stay away. I had an ablation and five days later it failed.i called the doc office and as usual can't get through to anybody in office. Left a message and five years later still waiting on a phone call. Could have died for all they care. In the recovery room one of the cardio docs came up to me and started going over surgery and results. Only problem. He had the wrong patient and wrong surgery notes. One of the other docs had to grab him and inform him. Would give them a zero if I could. A total disgrace
