Excellent care. Everyone very caring.
Because I'm not an evil person, I will refrain from saying the name of the Cardiologist that I saw at Erlanger Heart & Lung Institute. He was very distasteful, very discriminative, and he has poor bedside manner. He said, "there are too many cooks in the kitchen," when he glanced at my patient record and saw the Specialist that I'm currently under, for care. I visited cardiologist Lakshmi Subramanian on October 10. The doctor was very nice and attentive. But then things took a turn for the worse. I was left dissatisfied. The doctor prescribed me blood pressure medication, which I still haven't received because the doctor cannot confirm this medication for the pharmacy. I called the cardiology department twice, they wrote everything down, but no one ever called back, and the pharmacy sent them confirmation information, but no one responded. Dr poynter is my surgeon and done a fantastic job. Rachel Webb is my follow up dr. Both are amazing. Would recommend 100%
Called and made an appointment for four months out. A week before the appointment they called and said the doctor wasn’t going to be in office. I rescheduled for a month and a half later. Again 7 days before my appointment they called and said the doctor wouldn’t be in the office and wanted to reschedule another two weeks out. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve been waiting since June or July and now they want me to wait until November. I will be going somewhere else.
