I sat in the ER waiting room for 8 hours. The nurses kept telling me trauma patients received CT scans first. Trauma patients seemed to be those on drugs or inmates escorted by the police.

Checked in, was dry heaving and on the verge of passing out. No concern, no rush…just given paperwork then told to have a seat. The waiting area had 30+ people waiting where providers were coming in and out asking patients to confirm details and starting IVs. Right there, beside others. How is that even HIPPA compliant? I understand there’s usually a wait, I understand there’s paperwork but I’ve never been somewhere where there was zero sense of urgency, let alone a waiting room full of people with IVs and openly discussing ... read more

The longest wait time! Please do yourself a favor and wait until the urgent care is open. They can’t even tell you how long the wait would be. But Dr. Leonard Lesmen is very kind, patient and gentle.

Only reason I am giving a one star is because you can't give a zero this place is a joke if your not a junkie, homeless, or a college student at the university of Tennessee you don't matter my wife has gallbladder stones asked for pain meds 5 times in an hour time finally got her some just for them to kick her out of the room she was in to be put back into the waiting room that we had sat in for 4 hours already so now she has to sit in the waiting g room for them to call for a ct scan because the surgeon wants to see what el... read more
