Good up until today Prior to today I have never had to deal with the owner who is less than qualified to be in the customer service side of business! I have brought both my cars and my daughters car here for tire deals. On Friday I popped in there to determine why my tire was going flat. It still held air but was slowly leaking. I pulled in and the employee spotted a nail and plugged it without ever checking the rest of the tire or taking it off to make sure that was the only issue. Came in today thinking I had a bad valve stem, but had a nail. Staff was friendly and so fast!! They had me in and out in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend! I went to the va beach blvd and first colonial location.
