Think your going to buy a car and have no issues. But a month after everything is said and done, they shut down and your out of luck. These people didn't process any of my contracts properly, so now I'm paying for a car I can't drive and paid 3000 dollars for a warranty that I can't use.
The personnel there do NOT hold up there end of a deal. I was owed a part for the vehicle I purchased. I have not received the part yet. I have asking for the part for 2 months and still have not received it. The part is a gear shift knob for a Mercedes. A deal is a deal, I upheld my end of the deal and they did not. I would not recommend doing business with with this company
Read the bad reviews, had completely opposite experience. They were happy to help and let me do a walk-in, didn't know they wanted me to schedule an appointment. They had the best deal within 500 miles on the Expedition EL I've been looking for and it still runs like a champ, a year later. I have referred them and i would buy another vehicle through them. Ask for Gwen, she's the best!!!
