Bob Fallon was rude and condescending and wouldn't comply with the warranty. I missed a ton of work and I'm at risk of losing my job because of this. Stay away from this place unless you want them to ruin your life as well!

Not a big review writer but these guys were awesome. Really. I swear I thought I'd never be able to get a car. Actually I didn't even know how the whole thing worked since I had only bought one before and that was cash from my uncle. I thought you had to have good credit or get into one of those rent to own things. They put me through a regular loan company and not only fo I have a car but I am also able to fix my credit!!!! This was the worst experience of my entire life! I have horrible credit, they said they would help, after spending in total of 18 hours in this place, and still currently working out the deal considering they don't do any refunds I'm livid.
