Outstanding service. Arrived at 9:15am for appointment. Car was running and ready for test drive. Drove our new vehicle home by 12:30pm that same day.... Sales Rep. ( Joe ) was super with us and made it a very satisfying experience for my wife and I. Highly recommend EchoPark.......

I can’t recommend EchoPark highly enough. Immediate response to inquiries. The car was exactly as advertised and was waiting for me to test drive it when I arrived. Fast and painless unlike most visits to dealerships. Daphne was outstanding. Answered all of my questions, found a lender for less than ideal credit and was just all around pretty great!
I was contacted and when I called back to accept the deal they informed me that the vehicle I wanted had just sold. Never called me back or offered an apology. Poor customer service and won't deal with them again.
Talked with Joey. I will be buying a car from him soon. No pressure sales and awesome people. I will refer anyone to you guys!
