ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Awful awful experience, they had me in tears! After MULTIPLE contacts with the dealership to make sure they had this vehicle still in stock they SOLD it on me when I was 10 minutes away after a 3!!!!!!!!HOUR DRIVE ONE WAY! AND YES!!!! THEY WERE AWARE! AWFUL, TERRIBLE!!! I didn't buy the truck pictured, but bought another I the same price range. This was easily the best buying experience I've had. No haggling needed, no pressure, and no worries.Only downside was that they wouldn't work with my bank which they explained was to keep thier prices down. They actually found me a better deal so 0 complaints

I came here to buy a Subaru Legacy, full cash/ No financing needed. Emailed through Car Gurus, got a quick response. I told the person who replied to me that I had some errands to run the next morning and that I could be there after lunch. He told me to come between 12-4. When I arrived, the woman behind the desk told me it would be a 40 minute wait (This was at 1:10pm)and then I said I would email them once I made a call and knew if I could make it back for that time. Outstanding service. Arrived at 9:15am for appointment. Car was running and ready for test drive. Drove our new vehicle home by 12:30pm that same day.... Sales Rep. ( Joe ) was super with us and made it a very satisfying experience for my wife and I. Highly recommend EchoPark.......
