I was contacted and when I called back to accept the deal they informed me that the vehicle I wanted had just sold. Never called me back or offered an apology. Poor customer service and won't deal with them again.

Ended up buying the car and the purchase process was executed swiftly and easily. The 4 star instead of 5 is likely due to covid precautions but I have nothing to compare, the test drive was only allowed in the car lot and no one really went over the car details with me unless I had a specific question. If you know what you want and are comfortable without the face to face salesman, this is perfect place.

I was looking at used cars early in the morning (around 7:30) and the rep called me pretty much as soon as the office opened. Very polite to talk with. The car was a darn good deal, too. 5 stars.

While Erin was professional about things but the guy moe called me with a a higher payment and etc and when I told him to forget about it cause that's not what I agreed for he told me thanks for wasting his time he was very rude.
