This office is the worst they charged us for embryo storage for 13 years without our knowledge or permission and have sent over 2000.00 dollars of charges to collections and now it is on our credit report. I made an inquiry call within the last half hour and the first-line staff was impatient, had no energy whatsoever, and seemed annoyed that I had *gasp* questions. You would think that a personal journey like fertility would be met with someone whose inclination is to show some warmth, desire to figure out what might work with a prospective/patient's insurance (she didn't even bother to let me finish telling her my actual plan), etc. I was really looking forward to trying out one particular doctor, but if I have to deal with ... read more
Recommended5 stars. My wife and I had a great experience. Dr. Baker, Sarah, and the rest of the staff were great to work with. We are so grateful for our beautiful son! We highly recommend USC and Dr. Baker. She is kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and a rock star in her field. We couldn’t have asked for a better RE.
Our experience turned out well and we are happy with our bundles of joy. Everyone was nice on the phone or in person and helpful. Our nurse , Sarah, seemed genuinely invested in helping us grow our family and was at times a dependable voice of confidence when ours would waver. Dr. Baker was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and we cannot think more highly of her if we tried.
Dr. Bendikson was very pushy about what avenues to take from the very first visit. She immediately suggested IVF when other options were available. Additionally, I was given unnecessary tests that led to increased fees, which I was not even told about until after the fact. My experience made it clear that they are more focused on money rather than caring to the individual needs of their patients. Extremely disappointed.
