Edit: They're scheduling service is a plague. Do not give them your phone number. Relentless calls when you cancel appointments. Everyone I spoke to were fantastic: office staff, technician, and Dr. I would recommend the Ten Ten practice to all of my friends and family. I wish other medical appointments went as smoothly.
Overall, I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Day to anyone looking for someone who is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in their patients’ well-being.
My actual experience with the doctor and staff at this location has been great. Unfortunately the corporate portion of this company takes away from the overall experience. I have no way of contacting the clinic location directly if needed or if I have follow up questions for the doctor. Additionally, they have called me multiple times a day to confirm my upcoming appointment. This is unnecessary. I prefer text reminders and confirmation and I eventually had to block their number because they were calling me so often.
