My actual experience with the doctor and staff at this location has been great. Unfortunately the corporate portion of this company takes away from the overall experience. I have no way of contacting the clinic location directly if needed or if I have follow up questions for the doctor. Additionally, they have called me multiple times a day to confirm my upcoming appointment. This is unnecessary. I prefer text reminders and confirmation and I eventually had to block their number because they were calling me so often.
Everyone I spoke to were fantastic: office staff, technician, and Dr. I would recommend the Ten Ten practice to all of my friends and family. I wish other medical appointments went as smoothly.
Dr. Day and staff have been fantastic and pain relievers. I started with an ultrasound for both legs (previous blood clots in both 3-4 years ago), Dr. Day developed a plan and started the first week of November, twice per week to inject the veins identified as problematic over 4 weeks. I am now walking without pain and swelling thanks to Dr. Day, my experience was wonderful with them and had no issues.
What a joke, place an appointment on oct 27th, they said they reached out to the insurance but never had the proper contact information. Then waited to let us know the week of that they havent got pre approval and then I shared the pre approval number with them and they did nothing with it. Then they canceled the appointment. The customer service here is incompetent. They are awful. Don't go here. Don't deal with the headache. What a horrible company and service
