Ordered a tool and never received shipping confirmation. I wrote two emails, never received a response. Called multiple numbers, admittedly after hours, phone just rang and rang with not voicemail to leave a message. Called during business hours the next day and magically my tool was shipping that day and I received the shipping notice. I don't typically mind if things are late, as I understand stocking issues, but at lease communicate!
This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST company to buy ANYTHING from!!! My mom, brother, and I decided to get my dad a tool cart for Father's Day. My dad is very picky about the products and tools he uses, he prefers them to be made in the USA. Therefore before ordering the cart, we called to verify it was made in the USA, the representative said it was, so we placed our order online. We received the cart today only to find out it was made in China.... They have been completely rude and disrespectful with us on the phone and they refus... read more
ORDERED ONLINE – I ORDERED A PART ON12/30/09 AND THEY TOOK THE MONEY OFF OF MY CARD BUT WHEN I CHECKED THEY CANCELED MY ORDER THE PART WAS OUT OF STOCK I CALLED TO GET MY REFUND TWICE AND SO FAR NOTHING.IT IS NOW 2/8/10 .I WILL UPDATE IF I EVER GET MY REFUND.
