Detailed statements. I have 2 homes in Las Vegas that I rent out through USA realty. The property managers that I had before them would nickel and dime me to death and never showed me a statement. USA has great easy to read statements that detail everything down to the penny.

Great! I am so happy that I found a management company that calls back! Other managers take weeks to get a hold of and dont really do anything for you once you do get them on the phone. USA always calls back and takes care of the situation.

Going the extra mile... I was ready to move into a home I just rented from Trina when the agent saw what "might" be mold. I have a newbord baby and was so thankful that this Agent was honest with me. She stated that she wanted to get this tested first for everyones safety. In the mean time the company paid for a hotel. Thank goodness the test came back clear and we were able to move in that same week. thank you USA and Trina for going the extra mile and making sure my family and I are safe!

NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE IN ON MOVE IN DAY!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONALL!!! I arrived with a truck full of my belongings nicely packed to do my walk through and to take possession of the keys to the property. To my surprise there was an agent there stating that I could not move in. After being condescending and giving several excuses of why I could not move in she finely said that she would contact the owner and ask if he would pay for the removal of the MOLD that she had "just" found. If you see their signs just keep looking My experience with this rental management company has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. Black mold mishandled, lost rent checks, living without airconditioning. I could go on and on but the worst is the never anding harassment of my elderly Mother who lives with me. Don't rent from this management company you will be sorry There isn't a low enough choice for me to put in this rating
