bad company I rented from them for 4 years don't trust them..like like to use in god we trust lol stay away..and the owner of horseshoe basin house bad guy they kept 1800$ of my money I rented horseshoe basin for 4 years at 1650$ .dont got people

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAM AND THIEVES . I looked at a property they were managing, rent was $1100/mo. I gave them $50 for application fee and $150 holding deposit. After my application was processed and everything was good on my record, they told me that the rent will be $1300/mo because my "income wasn't enough". $50K with verified job is not enough for them.
