I am so happy that I found a management company that calls back! Other managers take weeks to get a hold of and dont really do anything for you once you do get them on the phone. USA always calls back and takes care of the situation.
USA Property Management has always kept my property rented with good tenants. I have never had any trouble with late payments or evictions since they took over. Thanks!
my family had the same problems as the rest of the people who wrote reviews. usa real estate tried to charge us for things we already paid for, they came up with all kinds of fees that were not in the lease, and were very rude. most the people in that office just want to rob and insult you. they're great until they get you to move into one of their places but once the papers are signed, they don't want to deal with you unless to try to squeeze money out of you anyway they think they ca all while being rude and disrespectful.... read more
nobody ever seems to know what is going on in that office. they've tried to double charge us for several things, luckily i kept all receipts. a couple of the girls in there have very bad attitudes. And to top it all off, they lied to us to get us to move into a place by telling us that there was NO housing authority in our neighborhood, turns out there is. plus they just dont want to deal with us since we already moved in. horrible company cant get it together. dont let them waste your time! this company could use some serio... read more
Usa Real Estate & Property Management Team Is the worst company in town. They have really really bad customer service and they try at every turn to tack on more and more fees to your rent. They write up false invoices and try to have you pay ones for a different address. They use unlicenced people or companies for cleanup, write there own invoices - for example on one of mine $4.00 for a light bulb or $50.00 to put on a door knob that was already there. Questionable fees and tactics, be cautious or find a more reputable agency! Young lady at the front counter has very poor attitude and customer service. Shady fees added to your rent! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE OR RENTAL IS FINAL! STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR AWAY!
