Thank you USA. USA managed my rental house in Southern Highlands. When we had a vacancy they always presented multiple candidates that they had already checked out. We never had a bad tenant! When it was time to sell the house, they worked with my tenants to help them with their transition and help us get the home ready for resale. Thank you!!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. TOTAL SCAM AND THIEVES. They showed me a property for $1100/mo. I gave them $50 application fee and $150 holding deposit thinking I will get it because I never had any issues renting before. After processing the application, they told me the rent will be $1300 because I dont have enough income. WTF?? $50K verified job is not enough for them? I dont even think the owner knew about this. I have 2 homes in Las Vegas that I rent out through USA realty. The property managers that I had before them would nickel and dime me to death and never showed me a statement. USA has great easy to read statements that detail everything down to the penny.
