Care on the emergency room is sub standard. I ask for the on call Administrator, Steve, and he called but never came to the emergency room to hear my compliant. I will move to a another level to discuss the treatment in the emergency room.
I was brought in by ambulance to the ER after I fell at home. The nurse was very rude and had no compassion. The ER department wouldn't let any of my family back and I just layed there for hours before a doctor even checked me. Providence used to be a good hospital.
Not the Providence I use to know. Horrible my dad had a stroke in the ER waiting room after sitting there for 4 hours BP was 266/188. No don't go.
