My husband comes down here for different appointments. He has ALWAYS been treated with the highest respect. They are great with all the different Dr's and different kinds of specialists. The nurses, receptionist and the greeters at the front door are just as important as the medical staff. I won't leave anybody out so I'll just say everybody does an excellent job there. The move around there like a well oiled wheel !! Outstanding
I thought they did a wonderful job for my husband, Orville Calhoun.
Everyone we encountered were more than happy to help us find where we needed to be. I witnessed the utmost respect towards our Veterans.
Caring staff, they always take good care of my parents when they are there.
I meet and greet a lot of Veterans in our AO. I always ask how their VA care is. All but a few have said the Marion VA is excellent. They did have an issue years ago but it has not happened again. The staff often goes above and beyond and many selfless volunteers contribute many hours of service. The facility sponsors Veterans events and tries to fulfill last wishes. Seriously, I can't even write what I wanna say. It would not be nice. Keep track of what they say they will do. You will be lost in the mess.
I have going down to the Marion VA hospital since 2001. I have nothing but respect for each and everyone that works. I have always been treated well. Dr. William Haley is the best surgeon I have ever known. His dedication to his patients is outstanding. I turely thank God for letting our paths cross. All the nurses I have come in contact with were loving caring people who go Beyond the call of duty. Chela and melody on the third floor have tended to me twice.
