They have great to me everyone is so nice I hear all the bad stuff but they are so good
I went to the Marion VA Medical Center emergency room for the first time on 29DEC15, for an infected foot wound and I would like to comment on a great experience from a dedicated group of medical professionals. Everyone from the admitting clerk to the doctor, nurses, and wound nurse were very professional and helpful. Thank you for everything and especially how to properly care for my injury the proper way. Every time i call to tlk to any of the damn pharmacy reps i have to wait for hours guess. Its time to send senator coates another letter i saw results after my last letter of congressional inquiry mayb this time will b more of the same the ive said it before the va is all about saving face and not helping shit
I called twice last week left voice message that I needed to schedule an eye appointment, because I forgot my scheduled appointment and NO ONE has called me back yet! I realize VA is busy but that busy? Patricia Bredewater
I waited over an hour and a half for the emergency room. I was the only one there!
Been going to marion va for many years have always been treated with upmost care and respect .have also went to other va's but none as good care mvac . I love all of the employee I could name a few but won't want to leave anyone out keep up the excellent work! Gods Blessings, Charlene Shepherd
I've been coming here since Dec of '95 , they've improved a lot. There are a few things that need looked at like the Dr offices of site. Fasting blood labs and no where to eat unless you leave. Hard to do when you catch a ride. Maybe put a link to talk to people who run the my healthy vet. I can't get it to work on any cell phone. Other than that the improvements have been for the better.
