RecommendedYou guys are GREAT!!! From start to finish, accommodating the parking of the big rig making our delivery to choosing units close to unloading area and increasing the number of units rented to 4 although our reservation was only for 2. Thank you guys for making our experience stress free!
Great Service! Ally met all of our needs and accommodated all of our hurdles. Room for a big rig moving truck! Provided 4 units in close proximity to our unloading in spite of the fact that we had only reserved 2! No hassle all day long and we were there for nearly 9 hours unloading and organizing units. Cost effective, friendly, courteous and professional service, no hassle move in! I highly recommend these folks and appreciate all of their efforts to accommodate us!
No pressure! I feel very comfortable and safe at my US Storage facility, I have been back and forth for years because of lifes problems, I have always found patience and concern according to my needs. Employees are never to busy to acknowledge me and because I have property there they make me feel like family, I always feel they are waiting to help. The whole truth😊

My daughter went to our storage unit today & a RAT was in there. Her things are COVERED in rat feces. She was advised that the insurance only covers up to $2500. HER WHOLE HOUSE IS IN THAT UNIT!!!!! We are SOOOOOO MAD!!!!!!!!

Get prepared for them to raise your rent by 10% every four months. I’ve never seen so many rate increases from a storage company. After six months of being a customer they raised the rent by 15%. I asked them to reduce the rate by 5%, which they agreed to. And then four months later raised it back to that 15% again. Who knows when they’ll raise it again because they won’t agree to any kind of commitment on raising the rent on a schedule. Extremely disappointing. I’ll be looking for another storage solution.
We couldn’t have asked for more helpful people when we had to move out of our home with a weeks notice due to damages from the derecho. Obtaining the storage garage has been the easiest thing we have had to do in this whole process. Wish everything was this easy.
