I just moved over to US Storage from another storage 1 mile away. At my previous storage facility I had tried to move to a bigger unit and they refused to give me a price break or pro rate when i had been with them for over 10 years. I decided to try US Storage and I’m happy I did. The site is much easier to get in and out. Jay was very friendly and helpful. He struck me as a very honest and helpful man. Inability to communicate, process autopay late & then charge me late fee's when I've had autopay for ten years, failure to immediately refund overcharge, mice invade my locker due to inadequate pest control, Don't return messages via phone and email. No communication skills and never answer their phone.👎👎👎
