The manager of this location is excellent. The facility is spotless. Our storage unit was ready and spotless as well. There were no surprises in signing the lease agreement. The facility is well secured around the exterior. The unique electronic pass code system adds a second level of security. No issues with lighting. Highly recommend. Highly recommend!!!! by far the best storage experience I've ever had!! The website was very user friendly, Nicole was fantastic helping me get checked in, and Ron followed up with me the next day! I have used other storage facilities before and did not get this level of service! Plus their pricing is lower and they allow month to month instead of roping you into a year contract!
It was great! I’ve actually shopped around a bit before I was recommended to y’all. When I went in, Keonna was there and sooo friendly and helpful! She answered all my questions, some before I even asked! She gave me a great deal and was just awesome! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends and family!
My experience was horrible at this location and I’m getting the run around no matter how many times I reach out. My storage unit was broken into and my valuables were taken this has been an emotional and traumatic experience I pray what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone else.They say they have cameras but the lady advised they don’t work and she has been advising them to get more for months.
