Really nice staff, they make you feel comfortable. I've had no issues and i like it. Definitely better than my last facility.
Horrible towards the elderly... Bosses them around treats them like a baby, bullies them into doing things they don't wanna do. My poor mother called me crying, and that's a rare thing. Do not recommend.
