AFTER WORKING WITH A BANK HERE IN DENVER, FOR CLOSE TO 6 MONTHS OF FRUSTRATION AND GETTING NOWHERE, I CALLED US MORTGAGES HOPING TO GET SOME HELP AND CLOSE MY LOAN. BECAUSE APPARENTLY "THE CUSTOMER IS NOT FIRST" AT THIS PARTICULAR BANK. SURE ENOUGH WILSON TODD CAME THROUGH LIKE A CHAMP. HE GOT OUR LOAN CLOSED IN 23 DAYS! Overall, we got the mortgage closed, but not without some issues from the underwriter. In the end Ellison got everything taken care of just as he promised.. I would recommend Ellison Brimage any day of the week if you are looking for someone who will work to get your mortgage closed.

As a Realtor and I have been experienced a lot of lenders. I found that Tim K did a great job getting the buyers closed. His communication to all parties kept us up to speed and I didn't have to call him for any updates. As usual underwriting, as in all loans, had a last minute demand but Tim overcame the obstacle and got us to closing on time.

I started my refinance on the 25th of July with Heidi from US Mortgages. From the beginning the process was easy and smooth. I reached out to them and they called me back promptly. Heidi and I talked about what I was looking for. She gave me a few options and I decided on a loan that met my current needs. We were able to close on 08/18. There were no issues from beginning to end. Heidi was in direct contact just about every step of the way. I would not hesitate using or referring to US Mortgages in the future.
