We returned to US Mortgages for another refinance after having a very positive experience there a number of years ago when we were having a hard time finding a lender that could help us with an unusual situation. We were not disappointed this time either - the person who helped us, Dan ******, did a great job, helping us navigate through another somewhat non-standard loan during these challenging times for borrowers and lenders alike.
Highly recommend U.S. Mortgages and Dan ****** in particular. We worked with Dan during Covid-19 and everything went smoothly. He kept in touch with us during the process and helped us secure the best rate for our refinance. The entire process was less than 30 days!
I loved working with Heidi at US Mortgages in Centennial. She was wonderful holding my hand through the process and answering my million questions. When refinancing, she explored so many options I didn't even know (not an expert in loans) and I felt really taken care of. Quick to respond, so knowledgeable she has to be the best of the best, and so helpful. I love this company and look forward to working with them for the years to come.

George H**** and his team at US Mortgage went above and beyond for us. We were dealing with a duel entitlement VA Home loan and several other companies had said they would not even touch this loan.. not for lack of finances but because they knew of the time and frustration in dealing with the VA. US Mortgage not only took it on, but through many ups and downs, got the job done. We are very appreciative of the time put in by George and all others with US Mortgage. We would give them high recommendation.
