Wilson Todd at US Mortgages was great! He helped me get financing for a house that meets my needs and is well within my budget, at a very reasonable interest rate. I'm a vet, but because of some past financial issues, I didn't think I'd qualify for a VA loan. After we discussed my situation, he was confident he could get me qualified and he came through. Did a refinance with George Hager in March. I am a former loan officer myself so I have an idea when things are done right. George did everything right. From initial contact to funding was less than a month. Last time we refinanced it took almost 3 months and it was because the loan officer, who happened to be a branch manager, was incompetent and what's worse attempted to blame us for missteps in the process when I knew it was him. We have had an extremely wonderful experience working with Wilson Todd. Last year, we worked with Wilson to refinance our home loan. He was knowledgeable and got us the best possible loan and rate, and we closed the deal in Las Vegas while on vacation! Today, we called to talk about refinancing again.
