Working with US Mortgages and specifically with Heidi Montunnas was a great experience. I had put off refinancing for months. I worked with Heidi on our refinance and although there are new and more complicated regulations, she helped us get through those and delivered as promised to the deadlines. She was demanding (in a good and beneficial way), detailed and focused on our end result for the right outcome. She was also very understanding and compassionate with my distain for the "Feds" and their plethora of new regulations! Thanks Heidi!!!
