I have not used US Itech in quite some time , in fact they used to be on military road when I used to build my own computers and they were very helpful , then including when I had a hard drive crash , and they recovered 95%+ all of it , I am very grateful for that... It has just become very inexpensive to buy laptops and the one I had I did not even purchase through them but I had what I believed to be a very serious problem.
