I went in for a thumb laceration at the location in Santee. I can't really complain about Dr. Mercier. She along with her assistant were very professional and polite throughout the process. I did wait a good hour before I was seen which seem very long when there were only 3 patients when I got there. However, I was told to come back the next day for a follow up which is the norm and which I did. But to my surprise they wanted to collect another copay. This place is the worst !!!!! I can't understand why employers keep choosing this place for there workers comp. Its dirty ( dirt all over the floor in the lobby) you have to wait forever and a day to be seen the staff is rude, they think ots better to sit around and joke and laugh with each other instead of taking care of business. This place is a joke don't go there.
Hoy vine a traer a mi hija. Pero he estado aquí por 2 diferentes accidentes. Me han atendido excelente. Eso si como muchos lugares se tiene que esperar hasta 40 minutos para que lo atiendan. Todo lo demás muy bien !!!!
This place takes forever and everyone I have talked with regarding this doctor says he is awful. Doesn't listen to you and just sends you on your way and then wants you to come back for another visit. I think these guys just want our money.
