Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very efficient.
One of the front office staff was extremely rude to me on two different occasions (same employee both times). The male PA treated me like I was stupid and make up my headaches, to the point of almost arguing with me. I felt like he was trying to tell me how I was feeling. The female nurse was amazing.
This place is horrible! Please go somewhere else if you have an option! I had to come in for a pre-employment physical exam, drug screening, Tspot & flu vaccination. After about 30 minutes I was called back to start the drug screening. The male nurse/MA had me put my belongings in a box and wash my hands. Then another Nurse came to tell him he was suppose to be working on another patient, not me. So he had me grab my things and go sit back down so he could finish up the other patient. Wouldn't allow mask or gloves to be worn during covid-19 while doing urine analysis. AND wouldn't allow hands to be washed after urinating before signing portal. UNACCEPTABLE
Dr. Stephanie Novak is amazing. A calm peaceful energy. She truly cares for her patients I highly recommend her.
