I took my Yamaha golf cart to them for a minor oil leak & a tune up, before taking it I asked about lead time & was told week and a half, after 2 weeks I called & was told it hadn’t been touched yet but should be done in the next 2 weeks, 2 and half weeks later I call & they still hadn’t even looked at it & told me parts would be hard to find!
