Very weak technical support with staff that refuses to disclose who runs the company. My device wasn't working in Florida so they requested I send it back to them and after a week I got it back but it was tracking another customer in Texas. They told me this is very unusual and couldn't come up with a solution after I spent hours on the phone over a ten day period.
