I loved it and I'll definitely be coming back! Great facility and staff.
As others have said good energy helpful staff. As for the cryotherapy itself, it is shocking first time going in. It does feel wonderful and hours later I still feel elevated from the experience. I'm definitely considering trying it a few more times to see the effect.
