Really can't say enough about the experience. It's an excellent facility with very helpful staff. The treatments have made me feel wonderful. My aches and pains are reduced tremendously after each session and I feel an overall sense of well-being.
This was my first experience with Cryotherapy and it was awesome! The facility is super clean and well organized. The staff is knowledgeable and very informative. The treatment itself is superb. Just after 2.5 minutes I have much less pain and increased flexibility in all my joints. If you've been considering Cryotherapy, just do it!
A wonderfully warm place to get frozen! Excellent customer service, clean and spacious facility, great location with free parking, most affordable prices in the LA area! After about three treatments, I could feel tremendous benefits! My recovery was about 1.5x faster and the vague pain in my knees from heavy lifting disappeared. I was very skeptical at first, but now a firm believer in cryotreatment! They can even get very spot-specific if you have really localized problems.
I was in town for business and stayed over to visit friends...a traveling back ache is real and one treatment eliminated the pain and has felt better all week since! This is a must do treatment as it is a total fun experience and my request for music was met without question #littleriverband! Get in your car or take an uber today to the Studio City chamber and feel the peak of Mt. Everest with no pain!
I am physically active all week being a personal trainer and barre teacher. My muscles get inflamed easier as I get older, and I have noticed faster recovery when using the cold chamber regularly. The isolated cold is also really beneficial when I have a single issue. I get "iced" quicker and way more efficiently than being at home with an ice bag! The staff is so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend trying it out!
The staff was very quick, friendly and knowledgeable. The studio itself was clean big and well kept. My back pain was definitely reduced after just one session, and the facial left my skin very glowy. Would definitely come back again and definitely recommend cryotherapy to anyone who is interested!
