I had been hearing about the benefits of cryo for a while and finally went to try it. The staff is super knowledgable, professional and fun (they had a great playlist)! Sarah walked me effortlessy through the process and answered all my questions. Only one treatment and it really helped relieve the pinched nerve in my neck and refreshed my energy. Cant wait to go back for more !

The nicest staff! They really helped to make this a wonderful experience. They really walk you through the entire process and answer all your questions. Facilities were super clean and welcoming. First experience is a bit scary just because it's new but this could not be a better place to try out cryotherapy.
