The service at this places is so BAD. Have been here two hours and NO HELP.
Store sucked wait for over a hour just to talk to someone
We came in March 14th. Katie helped us. Her shift ended at 5 and she kept checking her watch and seemed rushed. Well she did rush and our first bill was $407. We were told it would be around $200. Spoke with my 2nd person today from Customer service and our promotion was never applied. Spent 45 minutes on the phone. No record of any of it. So Katie definitely messed up and screwed us. I have worked with Patrice several.times from new cell.phones to game cameras to home internet, she even helped me obtain a satellite phone for a hunt. She is awesome and always on point
