I heard that this is the US Cellular store to go to if you want exceptional customer service. I went there today in a panic where my other phone was having trouble turning on. Dallas Clark assisted me. He was very patient with me and was able to get me the iPhone 6 with a change to my plan. No additional contract. He had exceptional customer service skills and was very kind and polite to my seven year old daughter. Thank you so much for helping me today Dallas!!!
I have been using US Cellular since I was in 7th grade and my parents got me my first phone. It's the only carrier that gives me the best coverage for where I lived at the time. We always worked with both of the Augusta US Cellulars and I don't recall ever having a positive customer experience with any of the sales reps. If you are going to any location other than Gardiner Airtime or the new store in Lewiston then you are not receiving the service you deserve. Ricky, Jenny and the crew are amazing people who know you when you walk in and treat you like family. These two run their stores with a can do attitude everyday. Problems don't exist only solutions and I thank them very much for this above and beyond service that you can not receive from corporate US Cellular.
I am not gonna slam any other uscellular stores but I can say I will NEVER deal with any other store again!! Ricky and his staff are so friendly and will do anything to help you and make you happy!! My daughter and I had a great time purchasing phones, and also got my bill LOWERED!! Thank you Ricky and staff and will be a customer forever!
